At Designed for Dogs, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new dog apparel doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are free of pet hair and all original tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship your new size.
